Built for the Central Valley
A CNA training program designed around the people who need it most. California state-approved Nurse Assistant Training Program.
Why CNA Pathways exists
California's Central Valley has one of the steepest healthcare worker shortages in the state. At the same time, thousands of people here are looking for a career path that doesn't require years of school or tens of thousands in debt.
The traditional model leaves them behind. Daytime-only classes. Rigid schedules. Pricing that climbs every year. So the people who would make incredible healthcare workers — the caregivers, the second-shifters, the parents — get filtered out before they ever start.
CNA Pathways is being built to change that.
What we're building
A Certified Nursing Assistant training program that bends around real life:
- Two class formats — online and in-person, both on the same 5-week Monday–Friday schedule.
- Small cohorts — designed for personal attention, not warehouse-style classrooms.
- Transparent pricing — $1,400 tuition with payment plans.
- Free clinical starter kit for the first 30 students (gait belt, BP cuff, stopwatch).
- Career ladder support — CNA is step one. We help you think about steps two, three, and four.
What we believe
"Healthcare training should be accessible to everyone — regardless of income, work schedule, or previous experience. If a design choice doesn't make the program more accessible, more effective, or more affordable, we don't do it."
Every decision starts with the student. The cohort sizes. The schedules. The hybrid format. The transparent pricing. All of it.
